Product Description / Identity of the Article:
All my handmade ceramic mugs, tea pots, dishes, trays, butter dishes, containers, bowls are produced using consistent materials (clay body with lead-free glaze), methods, and firing processes.

Intended use: Suitable for holding and consuming food and beverages (e.g., hot/cold drinks), under normal and foreseeable conditions of use.

Declaration:

I, Krešimir Juričić, as the manufacturer/responsible person, declare under my sole responsibility that the above-described ceramic products comply with:
• The relevant requirements of Council Directive 84/500/EEC (as amended by Commission Directive 2005/31/EC) on ceramic articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, including migration limits for lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd).
• The general safety and inertness requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
• The Croatian Ordinance on health safety of ceramic materials and items that come into direct contact with food (Official Gazette No. 62/2013).

This declaration is based on:
• Migration testing performed by the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZJZ), Department for General Use Items (accredited methods).
• Analytical Report No: 255274, Sample ID: P 00725/25, dated 19/09/2025.
• Results: Lead (Pb) < 0.02 mg/L (limit: 4 mg/L); Cadmium (Cd) < 0.02 mg/L (limit: 0.3 mg/L); Surface condition unchanged after 24-hour extraction in 4% acetic acid at 22 ± 2°C.

• The tested sample is representative of ongoing production, as all my ceramics are manufactured from the same materials, glazes, and methods with no changes since sampling.

This declaration applies to all mugs produced under the same unchanged conditions after the date of the referenced testing.
