Shipping policy
In stock items will be processed within 3 business days of purchase.
All EU, UK, Canada and Australia orders will be shipped by Croatian mail and will include a tracking number. Orders within EU and UK mostly arrive within 7 -14 business days from the date of shipping. Canada and Australia orders usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
For all international orders outside EU (UK, Canada, Australia..) the VAT and import charges are not collected during checkout. Please note VAT and import charges may apply to your order.
USA orders containing pottery tools only will be dispatched via standard international mail. Import duties may apply upon delivery (15% of the order item value only)
USA orders containing pottery will be dispatched via DHL Express using DDP incoterms (Delivery Duty Paid) which means no additional cost will be charged once the customer places the order.
